Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. To respect both my time and other clients, the following policies are in place: Cancellations & Rescheduling Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment time. Late Cancellations Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in a 20% service charge of the scheduled service. No-Shows Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service time to avoid delaying the next client, and the full service price will still apply. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a missed appointment. Deposits Deposits are non-refundable but will be applied toward your total service cost at checkout.
